1. Personal Growth: Prioritizing Strength & Energy
One of the biggest shifts in my world lately? Feeling the strongest I’ve ever felt.
I’ve committed to HIIT classes at my local gym, and the difference in my energy, focus, and overall mindset has been incredible. I’m not working out to lose weight or prepare for a specific event—I’m doing it because it feels good.

2. Business Evolution: A Mini Rebrand & A More Focused Vision
What’s Changing?
I’m stepping even deeper into my zone of genius—launch strategy, messaging, and content marketing. I’ve always been passionate about these things, but now I’m intentionally positioning myself as a leader in this space.
What This Means for My Brand:
✔ More elevated visuals & a refined aesthetic (Think: cleaner branding, sophisticated tones, and content that stands out.) ✔ A shift in my messaging—less “let’s be BFFs” and more “I’m your marketing personal trainer.” ✔ A focus on launch strategy & marketing clarity—helping entrepreneurs simplify their sales process and master their messaging.
Why This Shift Feels So Right
For years, I’ve helped business owners master their marketing—whether through messaging, content, or offers. But this new rebrand is about owning that expertise fully and making it easier for YOU to get results.
3. The Bigger Picture: Scaling in a Way That Feels Aligned
Here’s something I’ve had to get really honest with myself about: I don’t want to build a business that requires me to be on endless client calls.
I love working with private clients, but I also know that my best work happens when I have space for deep creativity. That means I’m shifting towards scalable offers that allow me to serve more people without overloading my schedule.
What This Looks Like Moving Forward:

- Leaning into high-impact group programs instead of 1:1 overload.
- Creating scalable courses & templates to help entrepreneurs streamline their messaging & content.
