The Fruitful Society Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or enrolling in The Fruitful Society, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Six-Month Commitment

The Fruitful Society is a six-month experience and financial commitment.

By enrolling, you are committing to the full six-month term, whether you choose to pay in full or through monthly payments.

If you select the monthly payment option, your payment method will be charged once per month for six consecutive months. The monthly payment option is a payment plan for the full six-month commitment, not a month-to-month membership that may be canceled at any time.

There are no early cancellations during the six-month term. Choosing not to participate, attend events, access the community, or use the resources provided does not cancel or reduce your remaining payment obligation.

2. Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to the payment option you choose at checkout.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may temporarily suspend your access to The Fruitful Society while payment is outstanding. You remain responsible for any remaining payments associated with your six-month commitment.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases and payments are non-refundable.

Because enrollment includes access to digital materials, community resources, workshops, and other benefits throughout the six-month experience, refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the program, missed workshops or events, changes in personal circumstances, or a decision to stop participating.

Please review the program details carefully before enrolling and make sure you are comfortable committing to the full six months.

4. Program Access

During your six-month term, you will receive access to the features and resources described on The Fruitful Society sales or checkout page at the time of your enrollment.

Certain experiences, including live workshops, networking events, Q&A opportunities, or other live programming, may occur on specific dates and times. Attendance at live events is optional and is not guaranteed to fit every member's schedule.

Program features, dates, instructors, platforms, or delivery methods may occasionally be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Any changes will be made with the intention of maintaining the overall nature and value of the experience.

5. Community Conduct

The Fruitful Society is intended to be a respectful community for Latter-day Saint entrepreneurs.

Members agree to interact respectfully with other members and refrain from harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, spam, or inappropriate solicitation.

We reserve the right to remove a member from the community for behavior that significantly disrupts the experience or violates these standards. Removal for violation of these Terms does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations or entitle the member to a refund.

6. Educational Purposes

The Fruitful Society provides business education, ideas, resources, and community support.

Nothing provided through The Fruitful Society constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, revenue, audience, or other result from participating. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions, circumstances, implementation, market, and business.

7. Faith-Based Content

The Fruitful Society incorporates discussion of faith, scripture, prayer, personal revelation, and principles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints into business education and conversation.

The Fruitful Society is an independent business and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Any religious perspectives shared within the program represent the perspectives and experiences of the individual speakers and should not be interpreted as official Church doctrine or counsel.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, workshops, recordings, workbooks, downloads, written materials, frameworks, videos, and other resources provided through The Fruitful Society are owned by The Fruitful Society and/or Kaelynn Priest and are provided for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publish, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

Your membership and login information are for your individual use and may not be shared with others.

9. Privacy Within the Community

Members may share personal experiences, business information, questions, goals, or other information within The Fruitful Society.

By participating, you agree to respect the privacy of other members and not publicly share another member's private posts, comments, conversations, business information, or personal information without their permission.

While we ask all members to respect these expectations, we cannot guarantee that information shared with other members will remain confidential.

10. Technology and Third-Party Platforms

The Fruitful Society may use third-party platforms to provide community access, payments, email communication, workshops, recordings, or other program features.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, or technical issues caused by third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

11. End of Your Six-Month Term

Your enrollment ends at the conclusion of your six-month term.

The Fruitful Society does not automatically renew. You will not be automatically enrolled or charged for another six-month term.

If you would like to continue in The Fruitful Society after your initial term ends, you will need to manually re-enroll for a new term. Any future enrollment will be subject to the pricing, benefits, and terms available at that time.

12. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the six-month financial commitment, no-refund policy, no-early-cancellation policy, and manual re-enrollment requirement.
